About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Real Assets European Transactions team as a Real Assets Investment Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating, underwriting, and executing real estate investments on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model real estate and corporate acquisitions cash flows
  • Perform market analysis of investment opportunities
  • Draft AXA IM Real Assets Investment Committee papers
  • Contribute to specific due diligence workstreams
  • Administrate acquisitions pipeline, team reporting, and market watch
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering, or Real Estate
  • Proven interest in real estate (previous internship or experience in asset management or real estate)
  • Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment
  • Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial, and result-driven culture
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capacity
  • Verbal and written communications and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
  • Fluent in English
