Your Mission

  • Lead the attractiveness and corporate real estate department, overseeing a team of 7 employees to drive strategic projects.
  • Promote and develop corporate real estate to attract new enterprises and support existing ones in the region.
  • Assist companies with their expansion and relocation initiatives.
  • Network with real estate stakeholders to identify business needs and facilitate investment projects.
  • Participate in real estate marketing activities and collaborate with key partners to promote the region's offerings.
  • Showcase business sectors and manage business parks based on economic development strategies.
  • Develop commercial and business tourism strategies to support local businesses and enhance commercial opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree in urban planning, economics, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of the corporate real estate market in the Paris region.
  • Experienced manager with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
