Media Specialist for Owned and Paid Channels
The Media Specialist for Owned and Paid Channels will be responsible for planning, creating, delivering, and analyzing digital and offline campaigns across all platforms on a full-funnel approach, both on branding and performance. They will work with media agencies to maintain a strong brand presence in the market with online and offline levers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing team in defining the media strategy on a local level.
- Drive media agencies on offline and online media, and set up, deliver, and follow up campaigns in the market.
- Be responsible for planning and on-time delivery of each paid media campaign, briefing media agencies together with other team members.
- Monitor budget, spends, and invoicing process closely.
- Ensure regular spend optimization through analysis and close communication with Ecommerce & sales teams.
- Support dynamic performance evaluations and analysis of all campaigns, analyze dashboards, and provide weekly and monthly reports with the help of agencies and global tools.
- Contribute to the operational management of content and PR paid support for Spain with our creative content specialist, our internal graphic design studio, and the PR team on paid and owned social accounts.
- Work closely with the creative content specialist and external agencies to ensure the delivery of the best assets for campaigns on time.
- Work alongside the owned content and creative specialist to support the performance of local social accounts.
- Implement global AdTech and other digital tools, test, and platforms when required and with the support of the Mediaplanner.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in managing digital campaigns preferably in an international environment.
- Ideal experience working in a media agency, or a retail, fast fashion, ecommerce, or an FMCG organization.
- Mandatory experience in the Spanish market.
- You speak English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Experience working in digital and social media, and supporting on a variety of paid & owned media campaigns.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time, and organize.
- Solid experience with digital data analysis and budget monitoring.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Marketing Platform, and Ads Manager is a plus.
- Experience analyzing campaigns on ADOBE, GA, etc. is a plus.
- Strong skills on MS Office.
