  • Coordinate expediters to achieve project goals using cost-effective and result-oriented solutions.
  • Ensure purchased goods and necessary documentation are available at the established delivery point as per purchase order requirements.
  • Update company information tools/systems with the most reliable and up-to-date information on supply progress.
  • Promptly report any project supply issues or deviations from contractual delivery times to the Project Material Manager.
  • Continuously monitor expected milestones related to purchase orders and provide relevant reporting.
  • Maintain continuous communication with all project post-order resources to optimize the process flow, including inspection and shipping activities.
  • Ensure effective use of systems, applications, and tools adopted by the company for managing post-order activities.
  • Provide project feedback to relevant functions to capitalize on experiences and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • Engineer profile with experience in following up on complex POs.
  • Proactive, structured, and proactive approach.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Shipping Management, or a closely related field. Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
