Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations Consulting
- Provide expert advice and counsel to business units on ER-related matters, including policy interpretation, internal investigations, performance management, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Ensure employment practices are up-to-date, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
- Investigations and Resolution
- Lead complex investigations and provide expertise on ER issues and complaints in EMEA.
- Develop investigation plans and ensure consistent and equitable processes are applied.
- Policy and Procedure Ownership
- Assess, recommend, and implement policies and practices to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with ER and HR partners on policy communication and implementation.
- Training and Development
- Design and deliver training programs on ER-related topics, including sexual harassment, discrimination, and performance management.
- Metrics and Reporting
- Implement a case management system and ensure accurate reporting.
- Use metrics and data to identify ER trends and insights.
- 10 years of international HR/Employee Relations/Employment law experience.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations in the EMEA region.
- Project management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Exceptional judgment, conflict resolution, and discretion in sensitive situations.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Leadership capability and excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Fluent command of English.
