About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior People Business Partner to join our EMEA People team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of HR management for part of our R&D and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers in your scope, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
- Drive the delivery of world-class HR services and manage quality standards.
- Collaborate with our global People teams to develop and implement People-related programs, including annual Performance Reviews, Merit Reviews, and training and development initiatives.
- Work closely with an Employee Relations expert to ensure compliance with employment law and mitigate risks for the business.
- Operate as a subject matter expert on policies and compliance, ensuring we are up-to-date on the latest employment law and best practices.
- Act as a coach to managers, helping them become more effective in managing their teams and driving employee retention.
- Identify and manage Learning & Development opportunities for your scope.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner.
- Knowledge of and experience in French employment legislation.
- Excellent understanding of HR Management, development tools, and key processes in a global, rapidly transforming company.
- Excellent administrative and technical skills, including HR Information systems and MS Office.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a rapidly changing and unstructured environment.
- Fluent in French and English.
