Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our team at PayFit España. As a hybrid role, you will be responsible for leading product marketing efforts for external partnerships and supporting core product marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for partnership-driven launches, ensuring alignment with internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis during the product discovery phase.
  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment with sales, product, CS, and marketing teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of Payroll & HRIS industry trends, identify opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working in partnership and core product marketing roles.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience managing external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand market and customer data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom).
