Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Doctolib. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining strategies to maximize growth, retention, satisfaction, usage, and following their implementation.
You will work closely with various teams, including Product, Management, Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Ops, and Data, to drive product satisfaction through usage boosts on existing key features and the launch of new ones.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing sharp customer insights and maximizing both usage and satisfaction.
- Leading and handling PMO on key projects related to the Product Marketing of our products.
- Ensuring perfect roll-out and messaging for new features towards Pro users and Doctolibers.
- Gathering customer feedback and feature requests to drive our Product Management towards a better product market fit.
- Ensuring top-notch onboarding processes and campaigns.
- Leading projects with multiple stakeholders from various teams.
- Providing top-notch content to support sales and strategically adapting our product presentation and roadmap prioritization thanks to competition insights and monitoring.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, PMO, or a related field.
- Previous experience in new product launches, product marketing management, or go-to-market strategy.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Fluency in English, with French or German being a plus.

The Interview ProcessThe interview process will consist of a 45-minute ITW with the Talent Partner, a 60-minute ITW with the Hiring Manager, a case study with two Team Managers, a final interview with the Senior Director of Product Operations, and at least one reference check.
