At Haleon, we are seeking a Brand Manager to join our team and shape the future of our select Core brands. As a Brand Manager, you will oversee the deployment of global strategies and execute across all facets of the marketing mix to achieve short and long-term brand sales and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Localize the global innovation vision board to drive business growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and expert teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Develop and implement annual market activation planning, managing agency and brand budget.
- Drive superior execution of programs and plans, including media, creative development, and digital initiatives.
- Manage brand equity through effective deployment and localization of global toolkits.
- Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of brand marketing or commercial management experience.
- Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications leading to brand share growth.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
