Mission du poste

En tant que Customer Care Support, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Gestion des réclamations :
    • Formation aux processus juridiques et accompagnement,
    • Gestion des litiges liés à la responsabilité produit,
    • Traitement des dossiers reçus via les centres de contact,
    • Gestion opérationnelle des courriers reçus au siège
  • Gestion responsabilité produit :
    • Traitement des dossiers reçus via les centres de contact,
    • Gestion des intervenants impliqués,
    • Optimisation des processus internes pour améliorer l'efficacité globale.
Profil recherché

Vos compétences et expériences idéales :

  • Expérience juridique dans le secteur de l'électronique grand public ou parcours universitaire juridique,
  • Force de proposition et dynamique,
  • Esprit d'analyse et bon relationnel,
  • Aisance en anglais et en Excel,
  • Bonne capacité de synthèse et aisance à l'écrit.
