- Gestion des réclamations :
- Formation aux processus juridiques et accompagnement,
- Gestion des litiges liés à la responsabilité produit,
- Traitement des dossiers reçus via les centres de contact,
- Gestion opérationnelle des courriers reçus au siège
- Gestion responsabilité produit :
- Traitement des dossiers reçus via les centres de contact,
- Gestion des intervenants impliqués,
- Optimisation des processus internes pour améliorer l'efficacité globale.
Vos compétences et expériences idéales :
- Expérience juridique dans le secteur de l'électronique grand public ou parcours universitaire juridique,
- Force de proposition et dynamique,
- Esprit d'analyse et bon relationnel,
- Aisance en anglais et en Excel,
- Bonne capacité de synthèse et aisance à l'écrit.
