Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective technical support to ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as R&D and Marketing, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Identify and report recurring support trends and product performance issues to inform product development and improvement.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support documentation to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
- Participate in external events and conferences to represent Ledger and promote our brand.
- Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
- Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
- Ability to learn about hardware and software products, as well as analyze technical and factual data.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Zendesk or Salesforce (Customer Experience Management Platforms) is a plus.
