Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective technical support to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as R&D and Marketing, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and report recurring support trends and product performance issues to inform product development and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support documentation to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
  • Participate in external events and conferences to represent Ledger and promote our brand.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
  • Ability to learn about hardware and software products, as well as analyze technical and factual data.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk or Salesforce (Customer Experience Management Platforms) is a plus.
