About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our French and English speaking customers, helping them understand and utilize our Talent Management Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and precise first-line support to customers via our ticketing system, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and effective manner.
  • Be responsible for the care of our French and English speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our Talent Management Suite, serving as a voice of the customer and providing feedback to improve the product.
  • Work on side projects to develop yourself, the support team, and the company, including the creation of a Help Center and Internal Knowledge Base.
  • Collaborate with other customer-facing departments, such as sales and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a customer care or client-facing role.
  • Fluent French and excellent English language skills.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to work closely with our technical team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing a great customer experience.
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear, concise solutions to customers.
  • A customer-centric approach, with empathy and understanding for customer problems.
  • A team player attitude, with a focus on team success and collaboration.
  • A curiosity-driven mindset, with a desire to learn and understand more about our teams, products, and customers.
  • Great listening skills, with the ability to turn customer feedback into product improvement suggestions.
  • Adaptability, with a willingness to learn new things and be comfortable in an environment where experimentation takes place.
