Job Title: Senior Bid Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Systems Platform, you will be responsible for delivering winning bids to our regions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tender strategies to secure contracts
  • Lead bid teams to assemble QCD commitments and ensure accurate costing and scheduling
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
  • Submit proposals to clients, including offered solutions, project implementation schedules, and contractual documentation
  • Contribute to contract negotiation and signature, ensuring feasibility and compliance
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • 4 years of bid management experience in complex tenders
  • Confirmed experience in working on international businesses in consortium
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
