Job Overview: In the role of Senior Customer Consultant, you will oversee a portfolio of around 600 prospective individual clients. Your primary objective will be to enhance customer satisfaction while adhering to the bank's commercial objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, guiding them through their projects
- Build and maintain a client portfolio, ensuring tailored and high-quality solutions
- Efficiently manage your commercial activities to meet established goals
- Ensure adherence to banking protocols and risk management indicators
- Engage actively in various agency initiatives
- Encourage the use of digital platforms and assist clients in achieving greater digital independence
