HR Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our Total Rewards team at Teads. As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us infuse a data-driven culture in the HR department.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain our current tools and processes around HR data, ensuring seamless integration with our HRIS, ATS, and HR strategy tool.
- Improve, optimize, streamline, and automate HR data flows through API connections, enhancing our data-driven approach.
- Develop HR decision support tools and dashboards, focusing on payroll management, budgeting, and other key areas.
- Communicate BI knowledge and best practices to HR teams, promoting a data-driven mindset across the organization.
- Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, or HR.
- Experience working with API connections for data gathering.
- Knowledge of Apps Script for Google Sheets and/or VBA for Excel.
- Data-driven mindset and proactive approach.
- Passionate, innovative, and fast learner.
- Desired English language proficiency.
