HR Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our Total Rewards team at Teads. As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us infuse a data-driven culture in our HR department.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and Maintain HR Data: Support the team in cleaning and maintaining our current tools and processes around HR data, including our HRIS and connections with our ATS and HR strategy tool.
- Improve HR Data Flows: Improve, optimize, streamline, and automate HR data flows through the connection between several APIs.
- Create Decision Support Tools: Develop HR decision support tools and dashboards, including payroll management and budgeting.
- Communicate BI Knowledge: Communicate BI knowledge and best practices to HR teams and support them in adopting a data-driven approach.
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, or HR.
- API Experience: First experience working with API connections for gathering data.
- Scripting Skills: Knowledge of Apps Script for Google Sheets and/or VBA for Excel.
- Data-Driven Mindset: A data-driven mindset and proactive approach.
- Desired Skills: Passionate, innovative, and fast learner. Desired English proficiency.
