Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at EQUANS. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support operational teams in contract management and commercial activities.
  • Review and revise contract correspondence.
  • Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and respected by all parties involved.
  • Pilot operational risks and ensure that all interfaces are properly managed.
  • Support the issuance of key orders and track project evolutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate contract amendments.
  • Prepare project reception and associated operations (project accounting, reserve lifting, and release).

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be proficient in contract management and negotiation.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
