Actia Automotive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Factory Manager to lead our off-board software development team in Toulouse, France.
About the Role:We are looking for a leader who can guide our teams on a journey of transformation, building and steering the adequate roadmap to meet business expectations while ensuring delivery of current projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the off-board software development team, including software engineers, architects, and group leaders to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Steer the operation of cloud technologies and best practices for scalable and resilient software architectures.
- Implement DevSecOps practices and principles throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Foster an agile culture within the team, promoting collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability to change.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a software development leadership role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
- Expertise in cloud solutions, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices, including data modeling, database design, and data integration.
- Solid knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Scrum or SaFe, and experience implementing these methodologies in real life.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and security testing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
