We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the future of education within our organization. As a Learning Implementation Project Director, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of global Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of global LMS/LXP projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones.
  • Manage global project teams, providing leadership, motivation, and guidance to ensure effective collaboration and optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, reporting progress, addressing issues, and adjusting plans as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and key partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the LMS platform with enterprise applications and platforms.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to drive user adoption and maximize the impact of LMS/LXP solutions.
  • Monitor and report on project metrics, providing regular updates to executive leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in global LMS/LXP implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems, e-learning, and related technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and delivering measurable results.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French.
