- Formulating a strategic plan and procedures to guarantee accurate and thorough information dissemination
- Overseeing critical project decisions or soliciting input from the Steering Committee
- Consistently reporting on project advancements and related risk management action plans
- Assisting the business in articulating functional specifications
- Confirming final acceptance of the project
- Driving initiatives to ensure project completion
- Facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders
- Preparing and implementing change management strategies
- Maximizing project resources (human, financial, and decision-making)
- Ensuring adherence to quality, performance, budgetary, deadline, and security standards
- Leading the dedicated project team
- Managing project strategy, quality control, and documentation
Additionally, responsible for:
- Supporting the definition of project strategy
- Ensuring project quality control
- Managing project documentation
Main Responsibilities:
- Organizing and leading Weekly Project Committees
- Facilitating Monthly Steering Committees
- Providing weekly updates on project metrics (Quality, Costs, Timelines, Risks, and progress) using project tracking tools
- Revising project timelines
- Identifying and addressing potential risks
- Updating action plans and tracking progress
- Monitoring expenses and costs
- Overseeing project budget and approvals in collaboration with the Department Director
- Supervising project execution
- Reporting to the Department Head and recommending corrective measures in case of performance issues
- Compiling meeting summaries, ensuring distribution and acknowledgment
- Guaranteeing timely submission and approval of internal project documents
Acting as a bridge between technical teams (Information Systems Department) and various business units.
