Senior Retail Manager

At PVH, we're committed to creating a culture of growth and development. As a Retail Full Price Senior Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability
- Deploy and monitor commercial policies to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Ensure premiumization of brands and exceptional customer experience through adherence to operational standards
- Pilot budgets and implement processes for effective activity management
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team, including Area Managers and Branch Planners
You'll be part of a dynamic team led by the VP Retail South West Hub, working closely with teams from PVH's headquarters, including retail, HR, finance, and marketing.
Requirements:- At least 7-8 years of experience in retail, with a focus on network management or flagship store leadership
- Natural leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
