Job MissionACTUA BESANCON is seeking a Senior Electrical Supervisor for one of its clients, a leading electrical engineering company with over 50 years of experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Supervising a team of workers and assisting them in completing tasks within the agreed schedule.
Coordinating the interventions of the team and ensuring a smooth operational workflow.
Being responsible for the material needs of the project and anticipating the requirements of the project plan.
Attending project meetings and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Representing the company on the project site and ensuring that the company's image is maintained at all times.
This is a full-time position, working on a day shift.
The hourly rate is 13€ (negotiable based on the candidate's profile).
The successful candidate will be required to travel to various locations in the Doubs department and surrounding areas, approximately 1-2 hours from Besançon.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
A secondary technical or technological education (CAP, BEP, Bac pro) in electrical engineering.
Excellent technical skills and knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
Leadership skills and ability to motivate and direct a team.
