Technical Line Leader

We are seeking a skilled Technical Line Leader to join our team at Mondelez Global LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines, maintaining equipment, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage line teams to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in maintenance and operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment and processes, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Total Productive Maintenance principles, with ability to apply them in a production setting.
