About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Line Leader to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines, maintaining high-quality products, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance and quality control procedures to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a production or maintenance leadership role, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
