The Partnerships team is at the heart of Aircall's Go-to-market strategy, consisting of close to 40 individuals working together to engage partners in fruitful and lasting relationships.

We are seeking an experienced Global Partnership Operations Director to oversee the building, deployment, and run of the new Partner Program and Partner Portal. This role will drive and monitor the transformation of our operating model with top partners, in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing functions.

As a Global Partnership Operations Director, you will work directly with the VP of partnerships and directors to steer important projects within the Partnerships function, including the Partner Program, Strategic Alliances, and Target Operating Model.

You will also collaborate closely with senior stakeholders from our partners, including Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, and AWS, to push joint projects forward. Additionally, you will define and drive the Partnerships Operations roadmap, including business steering, new processes & tools, and operating models with other Aircall teams.

This role requires at least 3 years of experience in consulting, preferably with a background in software/Saas partnerships. Previous experience within the Hubspot and/or Salesforce ecosystems is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary package and benefits, including a base salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced environment.
