About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Human Resources Development team at Roissy Pays de France Agglomération. As Head of Human Resources Development, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment, mobility, training, and skills development strategies to support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pilot and organize the activity of the HR Development team
  • Optimize the recruitment process by analyzing the nature and opportunity of job requests
  • Develop the attractiveness of our organization through our employer brand in collaboration with the Communication Department
  • Implement a sourcing and talent retention policy
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of our training policy
  • Identify and support the development of employee skills, particularly through the establishment of an internal network of trainers
  • Propose innovative ways to share knowledge and experience based on needs and themes
  • Participate in the implementation of a predictive employment and skills management system: mapping of the organization's jobs, dynamic management of redeployment situations through co-construction of solutions with managers and various stakeholders in the health and prevention sector
  • Promote internal mobility across different sectors (early childhood, culture, sports)
  • Pilot the modernization of internal recruitment, GPEC, and training tools
Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative professional with significant experience in a management role and a strong interest in project management, particularly in the field of training and GPEC. Your strong relational skills will enable you to work in a transversal manner and provide advisory and support services to employees and managers. Your mastery of the status of territorial public function and the legal environment of local authorities will allow you to secure all the processes of the department.

You should be proficient in office tools, particularly the CRIL HR management system, and ensure the reporting of the department's activity.
