Job Description

Maesa is a global beauty company with a keen focus on marketing and white space analysis. We are vertically integrated with in-house marketing, branding, product development, and regulatory capabilities.

We are seeking a Senior Manager Network Planning EMEA & Asia to join our team. This role will be responsible for integrating the product life cycle into supply chain operations processes, embedding the "Network" from demand planning to supply planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement demand and supply plans to balance order fulfillment with inventory targets and minimize write-off risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process and coordination between operations and other functions/departments involved in product creation and commercialization project management.
  • Contribute to achieving on-time delivery to customers and inventory plan, setting safety stock levels as per identified targets.
  • Manage inventory projections and risk management of obsolescence and excess stock.
  • Perform handover and transition of finished product management to Customer Service & Logistics Department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and/or other equivalent education certification.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Solid experience in process supply orders and following up on manufacturing plans with Contract Manufacturers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall office pack.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, utilizing MS Excel is an asset.
