Position OverviewThe Senior Manager Network Planning EMEA & Asia has responsibility for both Commercial Operations Planning and Pre-Commercialization Operations Planning, integrating the product life cycle into supply chain operations processes. This role acts as a process and implementation lead, developing and establishing an effective End-to-End (E2E) integrated Supply Chain Demand to Supply Planning process.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Demand & Supply Planning process within Operations and with cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to achieving On Time in Full delivery to customers and inventory plan, setting safety stock levels as per identified targets.
- Translate commercial demand input into supply planning for finished goods, integrating planning parameters.
- Process finished product order management to CMO's, aligned with supply plan.
- Perform Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for raw materials and components.
- Follow up materials and product orders, ensuring robust execution of all duties linked to the process.
- Coordinate and follow up of the material and components supply to CMO's.
- Operate the transactional in company ERP, reflecting physical operations and inventory generation into the system.
- Perform handover and transition of finished product management to Customer Service & Logistics Dept.
- Manage inventory projections and risk management of obsolescence and excess stock.
- Invoicing management and payment coordination with Finance Dept.
- Implement an effective monthly scrap risk analysis and risk mitigation process.
- Act as planning point of contact within the Innovation and New Product Introduction process.
- Participate and contribute to project meetings.
- Identify potential risks and elaborate contingency plans as appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, and/or other equivalent education certification.
- APICS and/or other Supply Chain certification are an asset.
- Fluency in French and English; any other European language, specifically German, is an asset.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning operations.
- Robust understanding and demonstrated expertise in defining, implementing, and executing demand and supply planning capability.
- Strong experience operating in external manufacturing and CMO's supply base environment.
- Proven experience as a change agent through S&OP process implementation.
- Solid experience in process supply orders and following up on manufacturing plan with CMO's.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall office pack.
- Robust understanding of ERP functionalities.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, utilizing MS Excel is an asset.
- Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex business environment.
- Adaptability & agility with a methodical and rigorous approach.
- Collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
