At Equancy, we're a leading international consulting firm based in Paris and Dubai, specializing in data transformation for businesses. Our team of experts plans, designs, and implements Big Data, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence solutions for our clients. We're looking for a talented Lead Data Scientist to join our Data Science team and work closely with our CTO.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand and define client needs, proposing technical solutions to address data-related challenges
- Develop and implement Machine Learning models in collaboration with project teams
- Coach and mentor data scientists, ensuring they meet project deliverables and develop their skills
- Contribute to our training programs, both internal and external
- Participate in responding to RFPs and supporting technical aspects
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on large-scale projects
- Excellent proficiency in Python and related data science packages
- Strong knowledge of algorithmic modeling, including Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Experience with cloud environments and flexible, proactive approach
We're a dynamic team of 90 consultants, with an average age of 30 and 20 years of experience. Our offices are located in Paris and Dubai, and we have three practices: Data Science & Technology, Performance Marketing, and Strategy. We offer a great work-life balance, with a 3-day telecommuting policy and a monthly allocation for remote work expenses.
