Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our core team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for driving our AI/ML initiatives forward, leveraging your expertise in machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, driving innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, applying your knowledge to improve our products and services.
- Lead the development of our AI/ML roadmap, aligning with our company's strategic objectives.
- Master's or PhD in a relevant science field, with a strong background in AI/ML.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Developer, with a proven track record in AI/ML product development.
- Familiarity with Clip and equivalent ML vision algorithms, as well as NLP techniques such as word2vec and embeddings.
- Strong expertise in advanced ChatGPT prompting and sentiment analysis.
- Ability to work in an agile environment, iterating quickly and pivoting based on findings.
- Strong interest in the social, consumer, or dating industry.
- An early-stage project with immense growth potential, where you'll have a significant impact.
- A lot of autonomy and decision-making, allowing you to take ownership of your work.
