Job Title: Database Architect H/F

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to join our team at OSF Digital, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise, strategic acumen, and leadership skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, build, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud instances in conjunction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engage/Personalize) and/or Salesforce Sales/Service
  • Drive end-to-end project execution, encompassing analysis, documentation, solution development, testing, and performance, to meet client expectations
  • Participate in and lead technical design and data model workshops alongside Engineering Teams and business stakeholders
  • Translate and communicate technical requirements and solutions to the business using story-based narratives, and present strategies and recommendations to executives
  • Leverage knowledge of new and upcoming features in the Salesforce ecosystem to recommend more efficient solutions
  • Assess client requirements, propose effective solutions, and communicate the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Personalization, Intelligence, Sales, Service and other relevant SF ecosystem platforms
  • Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices and provide effective solutions
  • Lead and manage a team of consultants and developers working on Salesforce Data Cloud implementations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams
  • 5+ years in marketing automation, data model and architecture in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • 5+ years in consulting, marketing project implementation, or project management using Agile methodologies
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations
  • Strong consulting, marketing project implementation, or project management experience using Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work both in French & in English
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Suite (Personalization, Intelligence, Engagement, etc.) and/or with Sales/Service Suite
  • Experience with Segmentation strategy
  • Salesforce cross-cloud integrations
  • Experience in integrating with cloud-based data warehouses/data lakes (e.g., Big Query, Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer) are a plus
