About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Archivist (H/F) to join our team as a Project Coordinator in Document Management. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' needs in the public sector in the Paris region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of document management projects.
  • Client Support and Problem-Solving: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process Optimization and Methodology Enhancement: Analyze and improve existing document management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Workload Monitoring and Planning of New Activities: Monitor and manage workloads, ensuring timely completion of tasks and planning for new activities.
  • Quality Management Implementation and Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement quality management processes to ensure high-quality document management services.
Archive Management Responsibilities
  • Inventory Operations, Sorting, Classification Planning, and Physical Filing: Conduct inventory operations, sort and classify documents, and ensure physical filing is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Creation of Research Tools Compliant with Archival Description Standards: Develop research tools that meet archival description standards, facilitating efficient access to documents.
  • Archive Packaging and Classification: Package and classify archives, ensuring they are properly stored and maintained.
  • Elimination Management: Creation of Elimination Forms and Scheduling: Develop elimination forms and schedules, ensuring the timely disposal of unnecessary documents.
  • Management of Transfers in Coordination with the Departmental Archives: Coordinate transfers of documents to the Departmental Archives, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Integration into Document Management Systems: Integrate documents into document management systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Preparation of Digital Transfers: Prepare digital transfers of documents, ensuring secure and efficient transfer processes.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Archival Studies or Equivalent Technical Experience: Possess a Master's degree in Archival Studies or equivalent technical experience.
  • 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Similar Projects: Have 3 to 5 years of experience in similar document management projects.
  • Solid Knowledge of Digital Archive Management: Possess a solid understanding of digital archive management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Industry Standards: Be proficient in industry standards related to document management and archival practices.
  • Strong Analytical Skills, Writing Abilities, and Team Player Attitude: Possess strong analytical skills, excellent writing abilities, and a team player attitude.
  • Commitment, Client-Oriented Focus, Service Mentality, and Good Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, a client-oriented focus, a service mentality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
