Community Marketing Manager, Education

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will play a pivotal role in introducing Canva for Education to teachers, fostering a community that drives adoption and awareness. Your expertise in community management, event planning, and content creation will be instrumental in scaling our Education Marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the Education Community program, leveraging local cultural understanding.
- Organize and execute impactful online and offline events to drive Canva for Education adoption.
- Create and deliver culturally relevant educational content that aligns with our marketing goals.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Social teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated campaigns.
- Cultivate and expand our Canvassador community, volunteers who build and sustain local Canva communities.
- Build a network of partners, local associations, and organizations to drive engagement and enhance community initiatives.
- Grow the active user base and increase awareness of Canva for Education through data-driven marketing and competitive benchmarking.
- Stay informed and share local insights to boost brand awareness and inspire creative marketing campaigns.
- Support Education Sales by collaborating with the education sales team to identify growth opportunities within France's largest school systems.
As a member of our Education Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to introduce Canva for Education to teachers, guiding them to fall in love with our brand, product, and values. You will be a creative and dedicated community leader with a proven track record of engaging and inspiring passionate community members.
This role is essential in driving the awareness and adoption of Canva for Education among teachers in France. You will be at the intersection of community and marketing, working closely with our Growth Marketing and Social teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated campaigns.
We are looking for a self-starter with strong execution and delivery skills, thriving in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities. You will be proficient in balancing long-term strategy with short-term needs, adapting quickly to market trends, while focusing on data-driven marketing.
If you are a creative thinker with content creation experience, including video editing, and a deep understanding of social platforms and trends, we encourage you to apply. You will be an excellent communicator with strong analytical skills, turning complex datasets into actionable insights, with a deep understanding of Canva's audiences.
