Cette opportunité est exclusivement réservée aux candidats en alternance avec OpenClassrooms.

Notre approche pédagogique combine 20% de théorie et 80% de pratique, garantissant que vous serez pleinement préparé à entrer sur le marché du travail à l'issue de votre formation. Nos équipes sont dédiées à accompagner chaque étudiant dans sa recherche d'emploi, affichant un taux d'insertion de plus de 80%.

Vos responsabilités en tant que Brand Manager incluent :

  • Assurer l'harmonisation de nos messages
  • Établir des connexions pour mutualiser les actions, informations et expertises entre les différents centres et la Fédération régionale
  • Contribuer à la communication interne entre la FRCIDFF et les CIDFF
  • Développer une stratégie de communication externe efficace pour accroître la visibilité des actions de la FR CIDFF
  • Gérer la communication digitale de la FRCIDFF, y compris les réseaux sociaux et le site internet
  • Participer à la création d'outils de sensibilisation et de formation sur les violences sexistes et sexuelles en entreprise
  • Contribuer à la création de ressources de sensibilisation et de communication dans nos domaines d'intervention
  • Alimenter le centre de ressources de la FRCIDFF

Conditions de travail :

  • Poste basé en mode hybride
  • Travail du lundi au vendredi
  • Périodes de travail de 8 heures avec repos le week-end
  • En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine avec une présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois
  • En formation : 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois

  • Étudiant en formation avec OpenClassrooms en alternance
  • Grande autonomie et rigueur
  • Esprit d'initiative
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de communication digitale
  • Sensibilité aux thématiques d'égalité entre les sexes et de lutte contre les discriminations
