Position Summary: The Sales Contracts Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the Cruises division, focusing on the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives. This leadership position is essential for aligning sales efforts with overarching business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement detailed action plans that align with established sales objectives and strategies.
- Provide strategic advice and execute tactical initiatives to meet immediate sales goals.
- Work collaboratively with global sales teams and internal stakeholders to create impactful sales campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data trends, and partner with revenue management to refine pricing and revenue strategies.
- Implement corrective measures based on analytical insights to enhance overall revenue performance.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new account acquisition in collaboration with global sales teams.
Training and Development:
- Deliver training and support to global sales teams, ensuring a unified approach to the leisure market.

Qualifications:
