Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a skilled Transformation Project Leader to join our Configuration Expertise and Processes department in Marignane, France.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, launching, and piloting projects that contribute to the company's Transformation ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve Transformation objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects.

  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills and experience.

  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its applications in industrial settings.

  • Creative and innovative thinking.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
