Job Description

At Airbus Helicopters, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transformation Project Leader to join our Configuration Expertise and Processes department in Marignane, France.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, launching, and piloting several projects that will contribute to the company's Transformation journey. This includes developing communalities between programs, sharing digital best practices, and looking for compromises to reach efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new product structure for future H175 versions, leveraging knowledge to reduce the number of Engineering Change Proposals raised and lower certification workload.
  • Intelligence-based proposed decisions for Change Boards based on history evaluation for Types of Change, Traceability Logic, Classification, and Impact check.
  • Export control, ITAR, and other entries/classification based on keyword search to autofill details.
  • Chat Bot-type functionalities for Data Management.
  • New Part Number, Part Number Update, ATA Check, Document Code Check, sequence number, and Meta Data.
  • Explore Artificial Intelligence tools to facilitate links between Commercial References and possible proposed configurations, or any usage of current Configuration Management data.
Requirements
  • Knowledge in configuration management and project management would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its applicability to the industrial field.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.
  • Strong team spirit.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite.
  • English at a negotiation level.
