Commercial Operations Specialist

Forward Global is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Operations & Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and commercial support to our sales force, ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Accompany commercial and administrative tasks for the sales team
- Elaborate commercial proposals and quotes
- Create and update customer accounts: enter proposals, quotes, orders, and all necessary information for delivery and invoicing
- Manage sold services: collect internal information, write and communicate technical modalities to sponsors, receive and control received elements, manage order changes and additional orders
- Update daily sales management tools to ensure proper tracking of stand and associated service production
- Manage invoices and collections in collaboration with accounting and legal services
- Maintain links between the commercial team and support functions as well as between different service providers and internal services to ensure the proper realization of sales
- Plan commercial meetings and write meeting reports
- Analyze strategic data and optimize commercial processes
- Update and analyze customer and prospect databases
- Commercial and competitive monitoring
- Establish financial and order reports and forecasts
- Analyze KPIs and other chosen performance indicators: prepare dashboards (sales forecasts, realized sales, non-concluded sales, etc.) and track the evolution of objectives
- Be a driving force for optimizing commercial processes and implementing commercial methodologies
- Master's degree in Commercial Development (business school or equivalent)
- 2 years of experience in a similar function within a commercial team, preferably in the event industry
- Team spirit, good interpersonal skills, and customer relationship sense
- Dynamism, solid organizational and priority management skills
- Ability to work independently and with rigor in daily management of files
- Adaptability and reactivity to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities according to event schedules
- Analytical and data-driven spirit to be a driving force in improving processes
- Fluent English is mandatory for interacting in an international context
- Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite proficiency
- Good knowledge of CRM software (Klypso Exhibition and/or Hubspot) is a plus
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
