Job Description

Boucheron, a renowned luxury jeweler and watchmaker, is seeking an experienced CRC Management Professional to join their Commercial team. Reporting directly to the Global Omnichannel and Client Development Director, this role will be responsible for managing our prospect customer relationship management (PCRM) ecosystem and defining client strategies to enhance engagement, transformation, and retention.

Main Responsibilities:
• Partner with IT to oversee the implementation and optimization of the CRM ecosystem
• Develop retail tools and necessary data capture and clienteling capabilities
• Create training materials to ensure understanding and adoption
• Define activation and contact strategies through campaigns/different channels/journeys on Salesforce

Data Analysis:
Ensure data quality of our database and analytics tools
Conduct in-depth analysis of client data and engagement metrics to derive actionable insights
Present findings and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making

Data Privacy Compliance:
Partner with legal and IT teams to ensure that all CRM practices comply with relevant data privacy regulations

This position requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in CRC management and client development, preferably in luxury and/or jewelry in a global context, with experience working with Asian markets. Strong project management skills and experience, ability to understand and express business needs to IT, are also essential. Additionally, proficiency in English and French is desired.

What We Offer:
A competitive estimated salary of €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
