Your Role

We are seeking an experienced sales development manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for:

  • Finding and qualifying new prospects
  • Pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and appointments
  • Onboarding new customers and engaging existing ones
  • Upselling and participating in the continuous optimization of processes and tools
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' higher education from a reputable institution
  • Proficiency in basic IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of prospecting tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in either Italian or German
  • An interest in the world of luxury goods and leather goods would be beneficial
