Agricultural Sales Director

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Sales Director to lead our export sales channels in 20 countries, including Germany. The successful candidate will have a strong background in agricultural machinery and customer relations, with a proven track record of developing and leading sales networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead export sales channels in 20 countries
- Coach and train sales network in area of responsibility
- Identify new partnership opportunities and develop network
- Present trade terms and ensure enforcement
- Recommend customized solutions to meet client demands
- Participate in defining sales targets in area of responsibility
- Follow-up and boost dealers' activities and sales
- Participate in fairs and international trade shows
- Ensure customer issues are properly handled by aftersales service
- Support network's technical trainings and act as prescriptor
- Follow-up development of new products and pre-series
- Ensure partners are ambassadors of company's brand image
Requirements
- Degree in agricultural machinery, mechanics, and/or customer relations, sales, or equivalent
- 10+ years' experience in machinery (agricultural, construction, handling, HGV)
- Experience in negotiation with partners, indirect client management
- Agricultural business knowledge, technical knowledge in agronomy and agricultural machinery
- International experience, ideally as salesperson
- Professional English and German
- Autonomy, thoroughness, responsiveness, listening skills, and availability
- Customer-oriented, ambassador of company and its values
- Leadership, adaptability, and intercultural awareness
