About the Role
As part of the State Expenses division within the State and Cross-cutting Missions department of the Departmental Directorate of Public Finances (DDFiP) of Val-de-Marne, a decentralized service of the General Directorate of Public Finances, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of state employee salaries.
Your Responsibilities
- Verify monthly salary movements provided by various departments and integrate them into the PAY/PAYSAGE application system.
- Maintain daily communication with HR/payroll services of ministries under the jurisdiction of the SLR in Créteil.
About Our Team
The Liaison-Salaries service (SLR) is a dedicated team of professionals committed to providing accurate and efficient payroll processing. We are organized into four sectors, with three sectors focused on payroll verification and one sector handling payroll accounting, oppositions, and DSN.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of bureaucratic procedures and collaborative tools.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing payroll processing.
- Solid grasp of economic and financial principles.
- Familiarity with the administrative, institutional, and political environment.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret information, data, and situations effectively.
- Ability to apply rules, procedures, and systems accurately.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma Level 4 or equivalent is required. Entry-level experience in payroll processing or a related field is preferred.
