About the Role
The Ministère de l-Économie, des Finances et de la Souveraineté industrielle et numérique is seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Service Manager to oversee the maintenance of its facilities and ensure smooth operational processes. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining a functional and efficient work environment for all staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of building maintenance, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for employees.
- Coordinate with internal departments to manage supply chain logistics, including ordering, receiving, and distributing materials efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation and minimize operational costs.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all facilities-related activities and expenditures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Logistics Management, or Facilities Management.
- Proven experience in managing building maintenance operations and coordinating logistics activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office software applications and collaborative tools.
