Position Overview
As a vital member of the HR division at Crédit Agricole Assurances, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of three Compensation Managers, focusing on operational remuneration and human resources analysis across various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance and support to HR personnel and leadership regarding remuneration issues
- Oversee remuneration initiatives encompassing fixed salaries, individual performance bonuses, and profit-sharing schemes
- Develop and generate analytical reports, dashboards, and studies as requested by internal stakeholders
- Conduct and present remuneration analyses, reports, and benchmarking activities
- Engage in negotiation discussions with social partners concerning remuneration-related matters
- Evaluate and refresh job function classifications in accordance with organizational transformations
- Document remuneration procedures and enhance compensation management tools
Additionally, leveraging current HR trends and your expertise, you will engage in cross-departmental projects with the team, such as formulating international mobility policies, executing communication strategies for social benefit programs, and implementing a structured remuneration framework.
