Position Overview

As a key member of the HR division at Crédit Agricole Assurances, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of three Compensation Managers, overseeing operational compensation and human resources analytical tasks across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer guidance and assistance to HR personnel and leadership on compensation-related issues
  • Oversee compensation initiatives, including base salary, individual performance bonuses, and profit-sharing schemes
  • Create and deliver analytical reports, dashboards, and studies as per the requests of internal stakeholders
  • Conduct and prepare comprehensive compensation analyses, reports, and benchmarking exercises
  • Engage in negotiation discussions with labor representatives regarding compensation matters
  • Evaluate and refresh job function classifications in accordance with organizational adjustments
  • Document compensation workflows and enhance compensation management tools

Moreover, leveraging current HR trends and your specialized knowledge, you will engage in cross-departmental projects with the team, such as formulating international mobility policies, promoting social benefit programs, and implementing a structured compensation framework.
