Business Management System User Experience Design/Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Management System User Experience Design/Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the current setup of our Business Management System (BMS) tools from a user's perspective.

Your primary objective will be to challenge the current user experience and propose a reshape of the system, focusing on user-centric design and the specific needs of employees while maintaining the main system in place.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing the current user experience and investigating user needs
  • Communicating with end-users to understand their requirements
  • Evaluating and proposing visual design, interaction design, and organization of BMS information tools
  • Managing content management BMS tools and their constraints
  • Assessing design concepts for a state-of-the-art BMS
  • Interacting with product service owners and IT teams

This role requires a strong understanding of user experience design principles, business management systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of prototyping, interface mock-up, and ergonomics
  • IT skills to understand technical development constraints
  • Process management
  • Experience in a multicultural environment
  • Communication and change management

Language skills: French (advanced), English (advanced)
