About the Job
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team in Paris. As a Quality Engineer, you will support the development, improvement, and deployment of Quality Management systems and tools. You will also implement employee trainings and assist the Quality Department Manager in implementing Quality activities at the Operating Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Define System and Project objectives and metrics (KPI)
- Ensure reporting is in place and produce Project and System Quality reports
- Assist Project Quality teams during project execution
- Collect, Analyze, Record, and Process Feedbacks
- Lead and implement Quality audits
- Report progress and handle inquiries and issues with Client quality representatives
- Promote a Quality culture and implement best practices
- Implement an effective corrective and preventive action system
- Lead or participate in investigations to resolve quality issues
- Configure and update the QMS and contribute to its continuous improvement
- Compile and analyze quality data, identify trends, and causes
- Support Project or Department in conducting audits/reviews and follow-up
- Support Project Quality Manager in routine project quality activities
- Review the accuracy and availability of all Quality-related documentation
- Contribute to defining training plans and implement on time
- Communicate programs, standards, and procedures to the quality team and other plant employees
- Assemble cost control and statistical data in support of quality objectives
- Participate in the elaboration of Group tools and policies to measure performance
- Report regularly regarding the system performance and new developments
- Participate in the specification and acquisition of adequate Group tools
- Carry out statistical analysis and work as per the result derived from the analysis
- Provide Quality support/guidance to project/site team throughout the project lifecycle
- Administrate for Paris Operating Center Cluster INTELEX System of Record in relation with TEN QHSES team
- Support Projects and Quality Management System team on INTELEX usage performing Inductions & Training
About You
- Bachelor degree for Quality Engineer; technical diploma or other equivalent qualification for Quality Analyst
- Good understanding and knowledge of all main applicable procedures and Management systems
- Good interpersonal and influential skills
- Team spirit, ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in English (French will be appreciated)
