Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee personnel administration and ensure alignment between resources and activity objectives.
  • Assess recruitment and training requirements, supporting operational initiatives.
  • Facilitate the smooth execution of annual evaluation processes.
  • Assist in managing conflicts effectively.

Your Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bac+5 degree in Human Resources or Social Law.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-site HR management, ideally within the logistics or transportation sector.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Exhibit qualities such as diligence, responsiveness, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
