Job Title: Sales Director - Infrastructure Solutions
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Infrastructure Solutions team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships with French telecom operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with French telecom operators, including Iliad and BYG, to foster business growth and revenue opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and driving repeat business.
- Solution Selling: Expertly demonstrate the benefits of our infrastructure solutions and products to customers, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs.
- Business Development: Analyze customer insights and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and drive revenue expansion.
- Project Management: Collaborate with customers to design and implement large-scale infrastructure projects, providing expert consultation and support.
- Performance Management: Ensure consistent business success by meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving sales performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Over 10 years of experience in the telecom industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Qualifications: Extensive experience managing accounts with French telecom operators, in-depth knowledge of fixed-access network solutions and products, and fluent communication skills in English.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix-based organization structure.
