Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate, independent, transparent, and timely global control and reporting for the Europe management and its subsidiaries on a selection of projects from the Europe project portfolio.
- Evaluate projects based on CAPEX, planning, and risks, consolidating them to facilitate investment decisions.
- Support project directors in managing projects with simple and effective analytical tools to facilitate anticipation.
- Reassess project management risks and their potential impacts on CAPEX and planning.
- Ensure compliance with governance rules and project management methodologies.
Requirements:
- Master of Science / Project Management degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project control management on large-scale industrial projects.
- Experienced user of relevant tools such as scheduling (Primavera, MS Project) as well as risk and cost management tools.
- Willingness to deploy simple methods and produce concise and relevant analyses.
- Commitment to delivering projects safely with controlled CAPEX/planning while also achieving more sustainable operational objectives.
- Effective communication within a multicultural team with English as the primary language of communication.
- Leadership to enable project oversight.
